Kickboxing / Muay Thai
Muay Thai kickboxing is an explosive combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Muay Thai is referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight points of contact. The result is a complete body work out; upper, lower & core.
Don't waste time with 'cardio kickboxing'. Students in Threshold's Kickboxing program get an even better workout and actually learn from certified instructors to whoop tail at the same time (Remember, Muay Thai is what every MMA fighter trains in to be effective on their feet).
